You can purchase our grass-fed beef two different ways. Individual cuts are available year round, or as a 1/4, 1/2, or whole animal when we butcher in the fall.

Ordering Information
Our butchering date this fall will be in September – October. You may order Grass Fed Beef in a mixed quater, (100-120 lbs), half, or whole. Our price list for 2015 is $2.49/lb plus about $.45-$.55/lb for processing (possibly other fees for special handling or wrapping) to the locker plant, based on the hanging weight*.
We are finished accepting orders for 2014, please contact us in the spring of 2015 to order your beef; it will be sold on a first come – first served basis. We look forward to hearing from you.
Cutting Instructions
We and the locker plant will call you in October to remind you when to call in your cutting instructions. Some cutting instructions are as follows:
- Hamburger – size package: 1lb, 1.5lb, 2lb
- Steaks – Thickness and quantity per package
- Roasts – 2-3lb or 4-5lb per roast
- Round steak – keep as is, cube steak, stew meat, etc.
